so without wasting time let's start this totorial-

step 1:log in to your twitter account.

step 2:Go to https://publish.twitter.com/

step 3: Now customize the follow button according to your choice.

step 4: select and copy the HTML code.

srep 5: login to your blogger account and go to your  blogger  Layout > Add a gadget > HTML/Javascriptand paste the code that you had copied.
